Here's How We Support Your Loved Ones

We provide comprehensive, in-home care. Our caregivers focus on the well-being and safety of your loved one, especially clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or those who are sick and bedridden. While we are caring for your loved one, we also assist with daily needs to ensure comfort and peace of mind.

Assistance with Daily Living

We help with meals, errands, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Our caregivers also provide warm companionship, meaningful conversation, and emotional support to brighten each day. Whether it’s sharing a meal, playing cards, or simply enjoying a good talk, we’re here to make life at home more fulfilling and less isolated.

Light Housekeeping

Keeping up with housework can become overwhelming for seniors. We assist with light cleaning e.g., dusting, laundry, and vacuuming, ensuring the home remains safe, organized, and comfortable. A tidy environment supports both health and independence.

Medication Reminders

Staying on schedule with medications is critical, yet it can be confusing for many seniors. Our caregivers provide gentle reminders and assistance, helping your loved one take their medications safely and consistently. Families rest easier knowing this important task is handled with care.

Meal Preparation and Nutrition

Good nutrition is vital to health and recovery, but preparing meals can become difficult with age. Our team helps with planning, grocery shopping, and cooking balanced meals. We work with family preferences and dietary needs, making sure your loved one has fresh, nourishing food every day.

About President

Owner Lisa Biasi

Lisa Biasi, founder and president of Lisa’s Companions and Caregivers, has built her career around a deep commitment to seniors and their families. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Gerontology from Penn State, where she combined her interest in business with a passion for understanding the aging process.

After graduation, Lisa worked in hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, gaining firsthand experience with the challenges seniors face in different care settings. Over time, she noticed something important, most seniors wanted the freedom to stay in their own homes, surrounded by comfort, familiarity, and independence.
This realization became even more personal when Lisa’s own grandparents needed support. They did not require full-time care in a facility, but they needed help to remain safe at home.

Lisa searched tirelessly for the right agency, yet she found that many lacked compassion and individualized attention. After trying several options, she realized that the kind of care she envisioned simply did not exist.

In 2010, determined to change that, Lisa founded Lisa’s Companions and Caregivers. Her mission has always been to create an agency where seniors are treated like family and where caregivers truly listen, respect, and care from the heart.
